Most of the Wylie people live in today did not grow up one street at a time the way an older town does. It was drawn first. The communities that filled in after 2000, places like Bozman Farms and Kreymer East, arrived as planned developments, with the streets, the lots, the amenities, and often the fence lines laid out on paper before the first slab was poured.
